THE best gym in the upstate by far! I moved here from Massachusetts and had always found mediocre gyms in the Greenville area with overweight trainers teaching incorrect form, with lots of machines but discouraged lifting heavy. 4Balance is the opposite! Man do I wish I found them years ago! Michael Cole the owner, knows each and every person's fitness needs, 1 rep max, and appropriate weight for each lift. He makes custom workouts every single day that he tests himself. He listens to the feedback of the members who have become my family. He optimizes your time for both achieving your goals and doing so safely! The workouts are always different and push you to your personal limit. Anyone from kids to elderly people workout here and have fun. They have free day care and a separate class for kids who want to get in some activity. 4Balance has pushed me further than I ever would have on my own. I lost over 20 pounds in a short period of time in preparation for my wedding. I really can't say enough about how amazing this place is. I recommend it to anyone who wants a motivating environment and wants to take the guess work out of what might seem like the daunting task of starting a fitness program because Michael will take personal responsibility for your success. If you are sick of going through the motions and not getting anywhere, come to 4Balance. If you want to have fun and be motivated by others, come to 4Balance. If you want to get stronger, leaner, faster, and find you fitness rhythm, come to 4Balance. They have programs that can be tailored to your needs, including nutritional advice, grocery shopping with you, mobility and wellness recommendations. This is not just a gym, it is a place that will take your overall health to an entirely new level. I absolutely LOVE 4Balance!

I have been coming to 4B for approximately four years and continue to be amazed by the hard work and dedication that Michael and his staff have day after day. Michael puts together daily workouts that are never boring and let you know you have put in a great workout when you leave the gym. The trainers encourage you to challenge yourself so you continue to see great results which leads you to want to make going to the gym a priority in your day.

I love working out at 4B. The workouts are like no other. I have been to my fair share of gyms and 4B is by far the best. Michael is very good at making the workouts. All of the trainers are very knowledgeable and will work with you to make sure you are doing it correctly so you don't get hurt and you get the most from each work out. There isn't a day that I go to 4B and not come out feeling challenged and worked. When I can't make it to the gym I feel like I did a disservice to my body and mind. I love working out there. The trainers know you by name and want you to get the results you want for yourself. If you're looking for a gym that is more like family, look no further. If you're looking to be challenged and get results for your hard work, look no further. If you want to work out with other people and have trainers who challenge you and push you, 4B is for you!

Awesome gym !!! Have spent time over the years in traditional gyms, getting into mundane and boring routines like rotating specific muscle groups by the day of the week and sprinkling in a little treadmill work for some cardio. Lame. 4B and Michaels team put in the effort and work to make sure each workout offers: variety, an achievable challenge, focus on multiple muscle groups with an emphasis on strengthening your core, plus when I walk out of the gym I know I have achieved more in a single hour then I used to in two. The gym also provides a community vibe thanks to the awesome staff and everyone else who works out at 4B. Couldn’t imagine going back to a traditional setting, having too much fun working out here.
